Offenders.io operates the website at https://offenders.io and provides public-record API and related services.
Information we collect
When you use our website, we may collect page paths, referrers, browser and device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and a short-lived pseudonymous session identifier. If you contact us or subscribe, we also process the information you submit, such as your name, email address, message, and transaction or account metadata. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement, Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare analytics to understand site performance, attribute subscriptions to advertising, detect abuse, and improve the user experience. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive the page URL, referrer, browser and device data, IP-derived location, and advertising interaction information. Google Ads conversion measurement may associate a visit to our checkout confirmation page with a prior Google Ads interaction. We configure the Google tag to disable ad-personalization signals and use it for conversion attribution rather than personalized remarketing.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings and manage Google advertising personalization at https://adssettings.google.com. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies may reduce measurement accuracy but does not prevent access to our public pages.
How we use and share information

We share information with service providers only as needed for those purposes, including Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Tidio, and Resend, or when required by law.
