If information furnished by Offenders.io was used in an FCRA-regulated screening workflow, you may request information Offenders.io maintains about you or dispute information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.

You do not need an Offenders.io request ID to contact us. We verify identity before disclosing personal information. Offenders.io does not make hiring or eligibility decisions; questions about a decision should also be directed to the screening company or employer that communicated it.

Start with a minimal email. In your first message, provide your name, preferred contact information, and whether you are requesting a file or opening a dispute. Do not email your Social Security number, identity documents, date of birth, photos, or sensitive report material. We will reply with identity-verification and next-step instructions before any personal information is disclosed. This page does not accept document uploads.
